Go on a journey to find your bliss in the most magical place. Join us for a calming Yoga Nidra practice led by CJ Pellerin of Willow Wellness. The experience will begin with some slow and gentle movement to ground your body. Once grounded, you will be led on a guided meditation of effortless relaxation between sleep and wakefulness. Please bring a mat. (Accommodations can be made to use a chair, if necessary.)
