Hello! If you've been to the cave already, you have definitely met me! I am the owner and creative mind behind The Copper Cave.
The Copper Cave is a privately owned small business. We are not a franchise, not part of a chain, or affiliated with any other salt caves in the area. I am from Plaistow and saw the need for this healing space in my own community.
I have lots of people ask how this business came about, so here is a little about me. I spent close to 30 years working in the legal field as a legal assistant. In 2020 I became certified as a Reiki practitioner. By 2021 I was certified as a Reiki Master Teacher. Once I reached this level, I couldn't help but feel that I wanted to live my life with more purpose, help more people, and work amongst my community.
I also own Rustic Lane Soap and Candle Company. I have always been driven to encourage people to engage in self-care. I loved participating in craft fairs with my soap business and helping people find things that made them happy or made them feel good.
I discovered the beauty of salt rooms and caves and the magic of salt therapy a few years ago. Realizing the combination of the mind/body/spirit experience was my ah-ha moment!
I look forward to meeting you and hosting you in our beautiful cave!

Private Appointments with Pam - Full Circle Wellness
Are you looking for Spiritual support, a confirmation to things you already know, or a reminder of the divine being you are? Maybe you need clarity about the next step to take on your path. Pam will be in our Treatment Room taking appointments for psychic/medium readings and is able to help you with all of those things! 30 or 60 minute appointments available.

Salt and Sound - Sound Bath Healing in the Cave
*This event is full* Join us as Laura of Soul-full Notes Sound Healing fills the cave with her healing sounds! Relax and rebalance your mind, body, and soul with a restorative sound healing session. Attending a sound healing session can help restore the body's natural frequencies that often become out of sync as we live our lives. During the session you will tune into beautiful tones from a variety of healing instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, and shakers. Take the time to experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits you can receive from immersing yourself in this amazing experience!
While your parasympathetic nervous system is being brought to a healing state, your body will have an even greater opportunity to benefit from the effects of the halotherapy.
**Please note: individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths. Feel free to bring a mat if you would like to participate on the floor.
Handmade Soap Making Workshop
*This event is full* Join Deb of Rustic Lane Soap Company in an interactive workshop where you will learn to make handcrafted soap from scratch. You will leave with one pound of your own soap, plus a recipe for a simple "grocery store" soap that you can easily recreate on your own. This class is appropriate for ages 15 and up (anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
We recommend wearing long sleeves and pulling long hair back during the class. Equipment and supplies will be provided during class.
Please note: this class will take place in our shop and does not include halotherapy or time in the Cave.

Stacia is an intuitive reader with a background in lots of self-care modalities. If you have a situation you are wrestling with or would like a forecast for the new year, come in for a reading!
Stacia has been an aesthetician and professional freelance makeup artist for over 25 years. She is a Reiki Master and Healing Touch practitioner and has a passion for making people feel beautiful inside and out.

New Moon Journey Meditation and Energy Clearing
Join us for a journey that will shine a light into your soul! On this final day of April and just following the New Moon, Pam from Full Circle Wellness, a gifted psychic medium, will give a brief overview of the astrological energies that may be affecting you, then will lead the group through a guided mediation while clearing everyone's energy fields and auras. Time to shed any heavy energy and lighten your energetic load so that your intentions can bloom!
Reiki 2 Certification
Join Cheryl Ryan of Heart Glow Reiki as she shares the beautiful gift of Reiki in the cave. It will be a sacred experience!
Level 2
Level 2 training will boost the flow of Reiki within you, as well as introduce you to using the Reiki symbols in order to enhance your healing.
Previous completion of level 1 Reiki is required to join this class. If you completed level 1 with someone other than Cheryl, please be prepared to show proof of your level 1 completion.
This class is approximately two hours. After class you will have the opportunity to practice on each other in our treatment room space.
Restorative Yoga & Reiki
Join us for R&R in the salt cave! CJ Pellerin of Willow Wellness will lead you on a grounding restorative yoga practice with Reiki, as you breathe in the therapeutic effects of halotherapy. Restorative yoga is a relaxing and highly supported practice that targets the parasympathetic nervous system. Feel the soothing and calming energy of this practice as we move through a series of long held poses. Throughout class, CJ will be offering the healing energy of Reiki, using her hands to deliver universal life force energy to your body. (Reiki is optional.) Leave feeling relaxed and restored. Please bring a yoga mat.
The looks of amazement when people first see the cave in person. Followed by the look of peace, relaxation, and zen on their faces when they leave is the most beautiful thing!
